Good Cookset, Good Value |
| Fortunately, mine stayed true to its non-stick feature even in high heat, unlike some of the reviews I've read. It might have helped that I treated them by spraying the cooking surface with cooking spray (PAM) and leaving it that way overnight before using it for the first time. The nesting feature is a big plus. I do agree that the handle is the feature I liked least. Being interchangeable is a good concept, but it can use some improvement. I'm not used to a loose handle, so mine also kept falling off and I can't seem to ever find it when I need it quickly. Otherwise, everything works really well and especially at a very reasonable price. With some care, it should last for a very long time. I highly recommend this set. |
good value |
| It's a good value, not super high quality. I tried to cook bacon in the large skillet and it got seriously scorched (the pan and the bacon.) The pan now has permanent black residue on the bottom inside. The handle works well. I like the variety of sizes in the set. Unfortunately the "non-stick" surface is pretty sticky. |
Great for Tent Camping |
| I used this set on a camping trip and am real happy with the quality and performance for a set of pots and pans in this price range. The set has a nice weight and feel. The handle works well and doesn't feel flimsy. The largest pot was large enough for me to boil corn on the cobb with out snapping them in two.
Don't turn the heat up past medium, use plastic tools, non-abrasive sponges, keep lined when storing and they will give you years of service. Well worth the $20 they cost me. I've spent more on a bad movie.
