| The Weber Poultry Roaster is the greatest way to cook a whole chicken I have ever found. The beer can is cheaper but it can fall over, not the Weber. You can also use this roaster in the oven. The chicken is moist inside with a crisp skin. You will not be disappointed! |

| Roasting a chicken or turkey breast is so easy, you can season your feast and mount it on the roaster, kick back! We easily use this about once a week. Chicken never cooked so easy. We inject our bird with cajun seasonings or put some garlic and perhaps beer or wine in the cavity, rub the skin with peanut oil or olive oil, just plain seasoning salt sometimes. Clean up is a snap! |
